A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at an elementary school located in Red Rock, AZ. This role offers a 0.4 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) schedule, approximately two days per week, for the duration of the school year (CSY). The assignment will take place at an elementary school setting, providing essential speech and language services to young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district policies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
- Active Arizona professional license and IVP fingerprint clearance card.
- Experience providing speech-language pathology services within a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment.
